I had a dream I was Wojtek Szadkowski. I was able to compose & perform soundtracks for any movie or situation. I poured my creativity into creating these soundtracks, and was very proud of them; Great, emotional songs that really enhanced the films.
Then I found out I had been operating in a roped off area in a large gymnasium or convention center.
It was revealed that someone was merely rearranging the furniture within the roped off area, while I was apparently filling in everything else with my imagination. They just had me get on with writing the music. This had been happening over and over, while I was under the illusion that I was doing bigger and better projects each time.
It was like I had been on a creative treadmill all along, spinning my wheels. I was merely kept busy in this warehouse isolated from the outside, under the illusion that I was creating great soundtracks for big time award winning movies. I wasn't being used; just being kept busy; the music wasn't even appreciated, let alone released to the world.
