This is one of those posts that seems completely worthless, unless you, like many of my generation, had those awesome Star Wars bed sheets as a kid.
Pottery Barn stores are selling bed sheets (along with pillow cases, duvets, etc.) of this pattern. On first sight, we can instantly get that rush of nostalgia not unlike the feeling food critic Anton Ego gets upon his first bite of Remy's peasant dish in the movie Ratatouille.
The differences of these to the original are subtle, and really don't affect the effect:
The new pattern is about 2/3 or 1/2 the size of the original, causing less of the design to be cut off on smaller items (i.e. pillow cases). Also, the Star Wars logotype is navy blue on the new one, rather the the gold of the old.
